Shipping

  • We dispatch to anywhere in the United Kingdom.

As long as your items are in stock, then we aim to ship all orders placed by 12pm (Monday-Friday) that same day.

  • Standard Delivery – All consignments are shipped priority postage from our distribution centres, with delivery typically taking 4–6 working days.
  • If you do not receive your consignment within 7 working days of receiving the order confirmation email, please contact us and we will investigate.

 

Returns and Exchanges Policy

28 day returns guarantee

We hope you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from our website. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it unused within 28 days of the date of dispatch. The date the items were dispatched to you by us will be detailed in the documentation with your order. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels intact.

 

You may exchange the item for something else, subject to stock availability, or receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding any delivery or in post charges).

 

Although you have the right of a refund or exchange, you will have to pay the postage costs of shipping goods back to us.

 

The refund can only be made to the card used when paying for the order. We will email you when the item has been received and will inform you when the credit has been made to your card account. This is normally within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

 

If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery cost. We will tell you what this is so you can arrange payment.

 

In case of faulty goods, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

 

Returns Procedure

When returning goods, please email us so that we can tell you the returns procedure.

Please wrap your parcel in its original packaging securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please note we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office
